Firebase local directory lost

I lost the local directory of my web projects, I ended up having to format the computer and I couldn't backup, the directories are in my google account on firebase, I would like to download the web projects to be able to make changes to them, but so far I haven't found it no solution..
Can anyone help me, has anyone been through this, is there any resource I can use to download my web projects?

The instructions that you are looking for are here, based on this StackOverflow response. Please be aware that you only can download the files that were deployed to the project; if you are using a framework that needs to be processed before being able to be published, the files used to build the project might not be accessible because most of the times those are not contained in the folder defined as public, and in consequence are not deployed.

Good afternoon, how are you?
I've searched all over the StackOverflow site, however, I haven't found anything referring to it, not even a guide, tutorial or even someone with the same problem. I would like to download only the public folder where it contains the html code, css, javascript and images and videos.
As it's just a web project, I'd like to have this content again.
