Firebase DataBase websocket network is unrechable

I can login in google services and firebase auth.. but when Initialize firebase database it get error for websocket .. possible reason?
I attach the screenshot of the phone log

WebSocket:ws_0 - could not get ip address
WebSocket:ws_0 - could not connect
WebSocket:ws_0 - error durnig handshake
WebSocket:ws_1 - could not get ip address
WebSocket:ws_1 - could not connect
WebSocket:ws_1 - error durnig handshake
WebSocket:ws_2 - could not get ip address
WebSocket:ws_2 - could not connect

my app was build in Unity3D version 2018.1.5f1 forgot to mention it.. the bug was constantly having problem for the 2 device.. 1 works well even I switch account.. btw that 2 device was in different place and different network.. but sure network are good cause it login to google play and firebase Auth it can get the UID

Is there anything on the other network that could be impacting DNS? If it can't resolve the name it looks like a problem earlier than the websocket itself. Could you possibly try the second device on a different network?

yes 2 device have different network..itry different device.. it could be network problem cause 1st i tried it in different network.. then 2nd i tried my network and it work.. possible firebase could block isp or ip something?

Unlikely Firebase will have blocked, but it could be the other way around - might be worth reaching out to the ISP.

is they work around about it?I havent tried the latest sdk.. I'll try it later
