Some of the costs that you see in the Firebase console are mostly for accountability, if you want to take a look a the "Real" billing go to the Google Cloud Console
https://console.cloud.google.com/ from the menu on the left(it might be colapsed) choose "Billing". To take a look at other costs that are not being reflected in the Firebase Console go to reports and there you can get a detailed view of what services are rising your costs.
For instance chances are that you are not paying for the "Cloud Functions" even though you see a cost in the Firebase Console, but if you look in the GCP Billing/Reports, you will see that you get a discount equivalent to the cost that appears in Firebase. You might need to change the filters on the right side of the screen. For a more detailed view of what are you really paying for I like to use "Group by" SERVICE or "Group by" SKU on filers panel on the right.
On Firestore reads take into account that everytime you open the Firestore Console in the web browser, as you browse through your firestore, you are accumulating reads, that could be raising your firestore reads
On Storage, check the Google Cloud Console Billing, there you will see that there are other SKU's that could cause you costs.
In the end regarding your screenshots, I believe you are paying only $0,03, Google must have sent you the last invoice
