Email to download app is not sent to users

When I share the fire app distribution link to download the app, users write their email after entering the link. Then, a screen that says they will get an email when the app is ready for trial appears, but it does not happen.

I already checked:

• If the email is located in the spam folder
• If there's any filters in the email service which might cause the issue
• (In case the tester was able to test before) Check the previous App Distribution emails and see if the tester didn't unsubscribed to the emails. They can click on the "Manage email settings" below the email to confirm.

But none of those are the case. Does anyone have an idea about what can be happening ?
