Generating a Firebase Cloud Messaging Server Token for the new V1 API

Hi

I would like to incorporate push notifications into a smartphone app and I have been guided to make use of Firebase's Legacy FCM service which apparently deprecates in six months time to be succeeded by Firebase's V1 FCM API.

Instead of working with the Legacy API I'd like to work with the V1 API, and the very first thing I would like to do is generate the equivalent Server Key Token.

This is where I am stuck.

How is the Server Key Token for the V1 API generated for Admins please?
