Firebase app distribution while downloading stuck on waiting

Hello! Yesterday i uploaded a test build to firebase and added testers, but today they send me screenshots and complaining that when they try to download the build, it just stucks with waiting sign on the home screen, I’m interested in what can cause this ‘stuck’?
