I'm developing an app in iOS which is using old Firebase SDK 2.5.1 and GoogleSignIn 3.0.0. I prefer to use Carthage instead of CocoaPods, so I have to configure it manually.

The new Firebase SDK 3.2.0 is not on the ZIP which I downloaded from this url: https://dl.google.com/firebase/sdk/ios/3_2_0/Firebase.zip. The Core folder is empty. Where can I find the new Firebase Core framework?

Thanks

Hi Nick,

It looks like the "Core" folder is a vestigal folder, left over from our we build our CocoaPod. FWIW, I actually much prefer Carthage as well, but for certain reasons we can't support it.

All the files you'll need live under the Analytics folder, so you can just pull in those five frameworks (as well as the other frameworks you need) and things should Just Work™ (let me know if they don't :)

Thanks,
--Mike
