Hi, everyone

We released a new app in stores a week ago using the same firebase project that we used with the old app

I am having a big issue in linking Firebase with Google Ads. I imported Firebase's conversions from the new app to Google Ads but it didn't recognize the link, even though it worked with the old app. I tried reiterating on this process several times from scratch but it still didn't work

We cannot run a campaign UAC without Firebase's conversions.

I attached a picture illustrating the issue

Thanks for your attention

Not really sure on the Ads side of things. That's not really my expertise. But I'll throw out some ideas for you: Did you add the new app to the Firebase project from within the Firebase console? That's an easy but important one.

Also keep in mind that you need to set up the conversion events for the new app both in Firebase and in Ads. Having them set up for the old app is insufficient. Full instructions on getting the conversions to work in Firebase are here. Ads are here.

It might also help to unlink and relink the Firebase account, although I'm not sure what that would do to any historical data in Ads. Might check with the Ads team before trying anything this drastic.
