Firebase Auth Rate Limits?

I'm using the Node Admin SDK to create large batches of users in our system. After several hundred creations in a short period of time, I'm receiving a 503 error from Firebase Auth.

My understanding (according to the documentation) is that the Admin SDK auth functions are not rate-limited. We're on the Blaze plan.

What's enforcing this limitation?

Hi Chris,

Hard to guess. Could you file this through support so we can investigate? Try to include a minimal repro with a sanitized sample of what the user records look like, version info, and a count of how many you sent before the error occurred.

You may be running into some sort of limit, documented or otherwise.
