Hi. I have an advertising campaign for iOS apps on Google Ads, which uses Firebase data to measure conversions on the first_open event. On Firebase conversions are reported correctly. But on Google Ads, no conversion is registered, despite the fact that the two accounts are correctly connected

Hello,

I'm pretty sure the App Store removes any attribution info (UTM tags) from the URL when you send users through there. So that probably accounts for the missing attribution.

It seems unlikely... otherwise, what's the point in offering the possibility of creating CPI-based iOS campaigns?

I understand that the first_open coming from Google Ads are identified by the source tag google. The first_open events with source google are only 3 in the last 5 days, and they are like other things from my adMob House ads.

So the CPA based Google Ads campaigns are not producing anything, I'm paying without getting any conversion... I realized that I would have paid on average the amount indicated in the CPA to get conversions, but obviously this is not the case.
