Hi All - I have reached out to Firebase support using their form and was told to reach out to my "assigned Google associate". However, all attempts to reach anyone have gone unanswered and there is no "assigned Google associate" so I'm at a loss of what to do. I work for Liftoff, Inc. and we have a client that uses Firebase as their MMP. It's been since 2018 that we've had anyone use Firebase as most clients use one of the major MMP's. We need to see how we're set up (postback templates, etc.), as I'm sure changes have been made since that time.
We are receiving attributed postbacks (meaning any action users take with the client's campaign tracker) are coming back to us, but what we are not seeing is all unattributed postbacks even though the client has enabled them and given us access (and yes, we've checked the support documentation to make sure they've enabled that for us by selecting "all events":

Can someone please give me a real human contact at Google who supports DSP partners?
