Firebase: Custom events not showing in dashboard for production only

Hi all,

apolopgies if this is the wrong place to ask, but hopefully someone here can help me :-)

We are currently adding Firebase to our iOS app. With our stage app our custom events are shown in the dashboard just fine. But not for our production app. As far as I can tell we setup everything identically but obviously something is off.

When using the Firebase debug view we can also see the events coming in for the production app. As far as we can tell, there are no errors or problems reported for them. They are just not showing up in the dashboard. For the stage app the dashboard looks fine.

The testing has gone on for a few days so the events should be there by now.

Did anyone have similar issues? Any pointers are more than welcome.

I'm not sure if this will help or not, but it is similar to something I struggled with today myself.

Had debug events coming through loud and clear, then moved to production and nothing.

Then I set the dashboard time period to a much SHORTER time.

The default is "past 28 days" but it wasn't until I set it to "today" that I finally saw some data.

Still not convinced I'm seeing *all* of the data nor does it seem to be anything close to "real time" but at least I could see something.
