functions - moderate image example with typescript

Hey all,

I'm having a problem with @google-cloud/vision importing on TypeScript...

I cannot import it...

 it throws: Could not find a declaration file for module

Could you perhaps also post your minimal code that reproduces the problem, along with your package.json file?  (BTW, Stack Overflow is generally a better place to ask programming questions like this.)
