Can Google Services and Firebase be used in China?

Well, I have searched but I don't get any specific information. Maybe I missed. So, I want to ask whether have anyone knows. Can Google services, Firebase be used in China? For ex, Google maps APIs, Location services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crashlytics, ...

The answer is a little tricky - Firebase doesn't restrict access in the PRC, but are served from datacenters outside it. This means it is hard to say what services work due to changing local network availability. In some cases there is a clearer answer - for example many/most Android devices in the PRC don't have Google Play services. Some Google/Firebase Android services (analytics, crashlytics for example) don't have a hard dependency on Play services being installed, but many do (Location, FCM for example).

Thank you so much for your answer.

I can indicate my case.

I have a server which located in outside of China. This server is using some Firebase services: FCM, Crashlytic.

I want to release Android client app for China market. But I don't know whether that Firebase services can be actived in Android app in China.

Moreover, location services is also important thing for Android app.

So, is it possible for my case?

FCM does depend on Google Play services, so you may well find that challenging.
