Hi There,

We are noticing an issue on the Firebase Dashboard since yesterday wherein apps are not showing DAU and other metrics for 3rd Dec and further on the dashboard upon selecting the OS filter.

Is there some issue that is currently present on Firebase which is leading to this?

The numbers do show up on the Google Analytics Dashboard for the same app (as it is linked to the Firebase project) as well. But the OS/Platform filters now show "android" and "Android" or "ios" and "iOS" in the filter vs just "Android" and "iOS".

Below are some screenshots of the issue:
Firebase Dashboard with Android filter (problem):

Firebase dashboard without filter (no problem):

Is anyone else facing this issue? Any idea on what might be causing it or if it something that is an issue on the Firebase side?

Regards,
Tejas

We are seeing similar issues. Our conversion funnels that we are normally using just show zeros across the board as soon as we apply any platform filter. I brought this up in a support e-mail yesterday, still no reply.

Yup, we got pretty much the same issue. Probably something changed in Firebase

I don't know if you already figured it out, but on the 3rd of December, it seems that the platform name and operating system name have changed from "android" to "Android". The capitalization is messing with your statistics. It seems to have an impact on some of the default reports as well (see screenshot).
