Help in Reporting Phishing Abuse on Firebase

Hi everyone,

There is persistent abuse on Firebase Apps spoofing organizations such as banks and social media. I have reported over a dozen or so such phishing URLs for many weeks already and most of the phishing URLs have not been disabled.

A few example URLs that are still active as of April 21, 2019. I have over a dozen such URLs that are still active.

facebook-1131.firebaseapp.com
secuer-wellsfaergocom-logn.firebaseapp.com
seceuer-wellsfaergo-signon.firebaseapp.com
secur-wellsfaergo-com-logn.firebaseapp.com

I have reported these URLs on several occasions since February and March 2019.  Very few of these URLs are disabled by the Firebase Team.

To clarify my reporting process, I have used the following methods listed below by number for reporting this type of abuse.

1 firebase...@google.com

Google forms
2 support.google.com/code/contact/cloud_platform_report?hl=en
3 support.google.com/firebase/contact/support?page=

Sometimes there are auto-ticket replies I receive by email. I have responded back but no one is disabling these phishing URLs. Could you help me get this abuse reporting process more streamlined so that abuse complaints are disabled more quickly?

Those sound like the right places to be reporting abusive sites.  Let me look into this, this may be a communication failure on our part, or there could be a bug in the backend.
