File google-services.json is missing.

Hello guys i am trying to use firebase serices cloud messiging i have added everything correct but i am getting the following Error

Error:Execution failed for task ':app:processDebugGoogleServices'.

> File google-services.json is missing. The Google Services Plugin cannot function without it. 

   Searched Location: 

  /root/AndroidStudioProjects/Wedding_Republic/app/src/debug/google-services.json

  /root/AndroidStudioProjects/Wedding_Republic/app/google-services.json

Have you downloaded the google-services.json file from the firebase console and added it to one of the directories that the error message lists?
