How to disconnect Firebase app from Google Analytics account

I recently got an email suggesting me to reconnect the apps in Firebase project from all Google Analytics accounts. But I am not seeing any option to disconnect the app in the Firebase project. Any help in how to perform this. See attached email file from Firebase.

Hello Shaunak,

I think it's when you create Mobile properties in Google Analytics. But i don't know how to disconnect without having to delete that property.

Better explanation from Google (e.g. walkthrough) would be appreciated.

Hi folks,

Go to the GA console > Admin section, and move the property to the trash can.

Well, deleting (moving to trash can) is not the same as "disconnecting"... So again: is there a way to disconnect without having to delete?

Same for me. I have moved the properties to the trash but it seems it will only disconnect when the trash gets cleaned, in 30 days :-/
