max length for Firebase Analytics custom user properties?

Apparently, it's shorter than 133 :-)

Trying to send down the list of experiments a user is in and that's a length of 261 :-)

Didn't see any documentation on the page that says the max# of user properties is 25 but it should be documented:

FYI, it's only 36.  We use much longer lengths in GA custom dimensions :-P

Length of FA Custom Property name is also 24 max.
