Large Panel View for Cloud Firestore

Wouldnt it be a great idea to maximize the Panel View for Cloud Firestore?

This is the Database im mostly working with, this could possibly make sense for other features as well. 

When you have a large depth of collections its hard to switch back and forth.

You could even give users the possibility to adjust their panel view to their own liking as there is a lot of unused space around the panel view anyway.

Curious what you think or if this has been discussed before.
