Cloud function instance is always ran in Google US Data Center

We deployed our cloud functions in to a local region e.g asia-east2, the project is also being created in that region. However when running, the cloud function is always trigged within US?

How can we deploy cloud functions where they can run in truly local ips? Thanks.
