Firebase analytics events are not visible

Firebase analytics events are not logged in dashboard , the debug View , Stream View and Realtime tabs are empty as well. This was working fine until Jun 28 2021 and suddenly everything went empty. We are using flutter firebase analytics v8.1.2.
verbose logging is working fine the events are fired but are not visible on firebase dashboard.
Also the debug devices are not visible on the firebase debug View dashboard even after following the same way mentioned in firebase docs.
