I cant create project on firebase blaze plan is say. No quotas for database storage, Hosting , Test lab ext Why??

I build websites and I want to host all my websites on firebase I start to transfer my websites to firebase BLAZE Plan and after 4 projects I create I have a message from firebase that says I can't make other projects what I should do for that I have 137 Websites, why firebase don't say about limits for blaze projects??

Good question! This isn't about a limit with the Blaze plan per-se, but a limitation of the number of Google/Firebase projects that can be attached to a given billing account. The default limit is based on an abuse risk score, which is automatically calculated. 

If you fill in the form linked in the error message, the console team should be able to increase the number of projects you can have attached to that account though.
