Migrate a GCM Client App for Web to Firebase Cloud Messaging

Hi , trying to Migrate GCM to FCM .

Have made all the changes on the client and server side, and can send messages with tokens registered for FCM but when it try tokens from GCM i get "MismatchSenderId".

How do i link GCM account to FCM?

Trying to find my "Application Identity" in https://console.cloud.google.com for my GCM not sure where to look :)
And use that in Web Push certificates on the fire base console or is this not the right way?
