How not to duplicate a message on all user tokens?

On our site, each user has a list of tokens for different devices. In case of an important notification for the user, using FCM Messagin sendMulticast we send a push notification for all user tokens. If the user has a website open on the device, then the push does not come to him.
Is it possible to make sure that pushes do not come if the site is open on at least one device, or are deleted from all devices if they are open on any other?
