Why is the revenue reported by the "in app purchase" event in firebase less than 1/20 of the revenue reported by the Google Play console?

Why is the revenue reported by the "in app purchase" event in firebase less than 1/20 of the revenue reported by the Google Play console? I know that the statistical income of the two is not the same, but how big the gap is obviously not normal. I have linked Google Play in firebase, what is causing this problem?
