Firebase Functions Error: read ECONNRESET

I noticed in the firebase functions logs, there are errors like this:

Error: read ECONNRESET

at exports._errnoException (util.js:1026:11)

at TLSWrap.onread (net.js:569:26)

What causes it?

I also have this error, but still figuring out where this error happens....
