How to handle Email verification Link in Android App

Hi All,

I am implementing Android app and using Firebase as backend to store some data. I have no backend server.

While implementing Signup feature with Email and Password and I am unable to handle firebase verification email. Can anyone tell me how to handle email verification link send via Firebase.

Please let me know in case you need more information.

NOTE : I have no website, just an app.

Hello,

Can you explain a little further?  What happens when your user clicks on the email verification link, and what are you expecting to happen?  Generally the flow is this:

1. User clicks a button in the app, you send the verification email
2. User gets the email, clicks the link which opens a web browser and verifies the email
3. User returns to the app, you call FirebaseUser#reload() to get the newest information and see if emailVerified=true
