Firebase Conversion Help

My client has observed a discrepancy in iOS conversions between Firebase and Campaign Manager.

They are integrating Firebase with Campaign Manager to track conversions across their mobile campaigns. However, we have noticed that there are significantly fewer iOS attributed and unattributed conversions reported in CM compared to Firebase.

We have double-checked the CM integration, and we can confirm that the setup was done correctly. Upon further investigation and chatting with the mobile team, we learned that Firebase may not be sending conversions to CM when a device ID isn't present.

Any assistance you can provide would be extremely helpful.

We have the same issue on Android and we can't find where the issue is coming from.

Did you get any help from Google?

It seems that modeled conversions seem to bridge the gap in terms of conversions between CM and Firebase but on Android we have that same issue.

Let us know if you find anything on your end.

We are also investigating on our end.
