App Distribution email notification not receiving.

Hi,
I am using fastlane for iOS App Distribution. I receive an email notification after distribution and I accept the invitation. It says that I will receive a new email notification as in the attached screenshot. So far everything is ok. But the second email notification is not coming. I thought this was only for my account, but other accounts don't receive email notifications either.
That's why we can't complete the installation.
Notes: All UDIDs are registered... I posted the latest version for the first time.
What can I do?
