Hello,

I have been trying to operate multiple websites for my company using Google Sites (which I find is a fantastic tool).
For years, it's required multiple accounts in GSuite to be able to map multiple domain names to different websites.

For example: you cannot map www.website.fr to the French version of your website and www.website.uk to the English one if you don't have 2 accounts.

This is an issue because one cannot "change accounts" regularly.

Recently, I was informed in a Google Forum that Firebase offered a way to do this but I went through the front page and did not find a "path" to do this. Can someone help me with this?

What I need to do is very simple: I want to map one domain name to the English version of my website and the other to the French one. A the moment, I do this with Google Sites and the English version that I use is www.jovenet.consulting and the French one is fr.jovenet.consulting.

Today, I want to map www.jovenet.fr to the French one (it now redirects to it but using an ugly redirection)

Hi there,

It sounds like you have separate websites set up. You can use multisites with Firebase Hosting, so that one site is your English version, and one site is your French version. Each site can be connected to custom domains. Eg your French site can have the custom domains www.jovenet.fr as well as fr.jovenet.consulting, and both will show your French website (no redirect is needed either).

Best,
Ke
