Why don't I see any demographics information even though I have a lot of users?

Hello,

I want to check my user demographic so I went to Analytics > Audiences > All Users. In the "Demographics" section, I don't see any info at all, just gray bar and an empty graph. The only visible information are Location and Platforms.

Why don't I see demographic information? I've implemented Firebase in other projects before and they all show demographics correctly. I don't know why now my apps won't show demographics info.

The Firebase version I have in my Unity project is 7.0.2. This problem has existed since a long time ago. Other Firebase's functions all work fine except getting my user Demographics
