Hi Nial,

A lot of this will depend on the specifics of your workflow, so it's some assembly required. Todd gave a pretty good overview of closed funnels on Medium; you can read it here.

Hi there,

Within our application we have numerous upsell screens which are presented to users. From these upsell screens the user is invited to view our main purchase screen (which triggers the view_promotion event) and they can carry on from there to purchasing a subscription.

Each of the upsell screens have the same screen class, but each has a specific screen name relating to the feature they're promoting.

Ultimately we're looking to generate a report giving us a breakdown of which features are leading to subscriptions, which I'd assume is a fairly common use case, but I'm struggling to determine the best way to go about this within Firebase. Should we be setting up a custom event for when the upsell screens are shown with some kind of property describing the feature the user is looking at, or is there a way to get a sense of the amount of traffic moving from screens of a certain name or class that go on to trigger events like view_promotion?
