Android: Conversion Event dropping to 0 (technical issue)

Since 19.09 the event that the track account opens has been attributed 0 conversions, probably an issue with attributed pings?
This used to happen in the past but for a shorter period and after 3 days started ramping up in volume again (I didn't take any action).
This time has been for a longer period of time and also Firebase support team confirmed that:
"While troubleshooting they noticed that there are few values attributed from the conversion event in question, so they don't think there's an issue with the linking or SDK implementation as Firebase was able to track conversions coming from Google Ads"
Anyone has experienced a similar situation? any insight would be more than welcomed, cheers
