Need to find a suitable plan

Hi,

I am going to develop a Blazor App for a static content website.

This site has a contact form.

I need to save form details in the Database.

The total no of users who may access the site is from 0 to 1000, among them around 500 can submit the contact form.

can I achieve this through Spark Plan?

To my knowledge,yes, this one should be possible there.
It's better to try and if you see that it doesn't work, you try to migrate.
