I know bug reports are supposed to be submitted directly to the team, but the support pages where I'm supposed to do that are part of the problem for me.
I have 3 google accounts, one standard gmail, one managed by my company, and one managed by my old university, usually I'm authenticated w/ all 3 at once in my browser, and the standard gmail account is my "default" which all my browser settings sync through.
Today when I opened the firebase console i clicked on my profile button in the top right corner, but saw only my university account listed, even though I was authenticated w/ all 3 accounts, it isn't my default, and is the only one of my 3 accounts that I have never used to access firebase. (I think it may be the oldest, or first in alphabetic order).
Account switching is working correctly on all other google related pages I've visited, this problem seems to be specific to firebase.
Furthermore, when I navigate to
https://firebase.google.com/support/ and attempt to submit a support ticket, the page will randomly reload, taking me away from the input form and showing me a very ironic flash message stating "Firebase is healthy!". (There also isn't any obviously correct place to submit bug reports about the console itself, all the available support topics relate to specific firebase services, not the platform in general).
The console works fine for each of my accounts individually, I'm just not able to switch between multiple authenticated accounts. For now I'm able to do what I need to by only signing in to one account at a time, but this is a pretty significant UX issue.
I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the account switching is working fine for most users, my company and university accounts are fairly atypical, so the bugs may be triggered by those.
