Check the "public" directory of your firebase.json, then make sure it actually matches your build directory. When you deploy it should tell you the exact directory it's deploying... Check there for files.
I have made changes to my deployed website and I want to replace all the code but when I deploy it only changes 1 file. I have tried the --debug option but still can not work out what I am doing wrong. I am using angular 4 and the latest versions of firebas and angular cli.
My firebase console informs me I have only deployed 1 file.
