Firebase crashlytics not showing crash free statistics

Hi,

I have configured firebase analytics/crashlytics in xamarin app. But in recent days crash free statistics percentage is not showing for 7 days in both iOS and Android. 

But crashes are reporting properly in logs. Attached is screenshot for referance. 

Please provide resolution to the same.

Hi, 

Usually when we see this it's related to how many of your users are using the version with Analytics. How recently did you implement Analytics? What percent of your user base have the version with the Analytics SDK installed?

Hi,

All users are using analytics based version of app. I have implemented analytics in app while starting of project around 1.5 years back. This issue arrived in last 5 to 6 days. Before that it was showing properly.

Very interesting. We haven't seen other reports of this, but I will let the team know. Because I think this is app specific, and we will need to investigate with some more details. Can you submit a case via Firebase support?
