APNs Authentication Key Not Working

I switched to .p8, follow all and double checked everything from this discussion (https://github.com/firebase/quickstart-ios/issues/290#issuecomment-357056230)

but I was not able to get it working?

curl returns `InvalidApnsCredential`. For manually sent messages from firebase.console it says failed and hint message is: Invalid APNs certificate. Check the certificate in Settings.

Any idea how to resolve this issue ? Also beside this discussion I found on SO that people are complaining about this issue.
