Is there a way to track and log the activities of users that directly modify data through Firebase Console? For example, if a DB administrator who has access to the console turns rogue and modifies/deletes data and/or a collection, is there any way to determine which account did it?

Thank you for your time!

Hi Haley,

No, right now there are no audit logs that you could use to discover who made changes in the console. You can use IAM Roles to limit who can make those edits but that won't protect against a suddenly-rogue admin.

We are looking into adding audit logging to some of our products but there's no timeline I can offer on that.
