Twitter Authentication callback fields

Hi, I've recently been granted access to 'elevated permissions' on twitter that allows access to data such as a users email address.  I see that the authData object doesn't return any of the information for the elevated permissions.  Is there a way to modify what is returned after successful authentication to twitter?  I am able to access the elevated permissions when using Sign in with Twitter, so I know that the data is there.  I just can't figure out how to get it using Firebase Twitter authentication.
