Is Persoanl Content Indexing no longer available on Firebase?

Hi,

I'd like to know if this is still a thing in Firebase? As I saw that the page was gone

Moreover, I've tried to index some items in app, but it won't appear in Google search's autocomplete

Is this not supported anymore?

Hi Raymond,

One of the main use cases for indexing personal content was to have users' data show up in the "In App" tab in Google Search app on Android. However that "In App" tab is no longer available.

We are currently working on updating the personal content documentation to describe some other/new use cases for personal content indexing.

Google Search auto completion is also deprecated, thanks for pointing this out. We will update our documentation accordingly.

Hi Kim,

Firebase App Indexing in short you should no longer use App Indexing for indexing your app's content. There are other options described in the updated docs page.
