Can not connect to Firebase (SSL Error)

Hi All,

This is a strange problem. And only one user got the problem. the log show in below:

Hi Jason,

Looks like a networking issue, presumably because app-measurement.com doesn't exist (is a 404)?  Is there anything you can do to isolate that user vs others? The moving parts here are significant:  Locale and country restrictions, local network policies, firewalls, adblock/networking filtering/networking monitoring protocols that intercept SSL certificates, just plain malfunctioning services along the pipeline...
