no conversion via cloud messaging

Hi,

we don't see any conversions for cloud messaging for several clients anymore. Is this a known bug or do you have any ideas what this could be?

Hi,

The number of sends and opens are also very low so it is not surprising that conversions are 0 here.

Did you have higher levels that recently dropped? Also do you have any evidence that the conversion event is indeed being logged but not showing up in the console?

Hi, 

The screenshot i sent you was a test notification.

since december 2020 we suddenly have no conversions in the Cloud Messaging report anymore. for example, for Push Notifications we have about 90,000 sends, 6000 opens and 0 conversions, usually our conversion is significantly higher.

We set the purchase event as a conversion.

When I look at the Purchase conversion report, it says that we generated 15 conversions via notifications.
