Cannot loging to firebase console

Hello there,

Please I need help, my account seems to be banned from firebase. I had an application running under https://registro.centrojuvenilmalabo.gq and it suddenly stop working with the message shown in the following capture

I'm trying to access to the console to see what is goin on but I receive the below error saying that my account is not permitted to access there

Is there any reason for blocking firebase account without any notification or report? Is there any solution to this? I have some important data in the database and my application is dow, the support team is not responding my emails. Someone over here can help me with that?

Any owner of the project can add and remove collaborators. So if there are other owners on the project, you'll want to reach out to them to get re-added. If there's nobody who can do that for you, reach out to Firebase support for personalized help in troubleshooting.
