hosting - cloud9 - how to deploy without firebase cli (because i cannot make login) or how to make login from c9

Hi

my need is to deploy from cloud9 (a web ide) to firebase without using the cli, because i cannot make login by cloud9.

When i use firebase login, a url is provided, but the redirect url is localhost, so autentication is not possible.

how to make a remote login?

otherwise, can i upload firebase hosting by ftp?
