I am developing an Ionic app where I want to send notifications from my website. I have set up backend code to obtain the access token and send notifications. However, I am still getting an error, even though the device token I passed is correct.

Error Response: {
  error: {
    code: 400,
    message: 'The registration token is not a valid FCM registration token',
    status: 'INVALID_ARGUMENT',
    details: [ [Object] ]
  }
}

Hi Sanjana,

What SDK are you using to generate the device tokens?

I am using FCM SDK.
Framework: Ionic app(with capacitor)
I was trying to get the notification token from the mobile, and also tried with emulator. But every time getting the same error.

Hi Sanjana Somavanshi,

Sorry to ask for more clarifications: Are you using the JS SDK? If not, could you link to the SDK you are using?
