Firebase storage free download quota of 1gb/day not applied in my blaze plan

Hi,

I have daily download of ~100 MB for firebase storage files and last month {May'20} I have been billed for "1.642 gibibyte" with description as "Download APAC" in my billing account.

And firebase storage have free quota of 1gb/day download.

I asked the firebase support why is this billing and show me which day I have crossed that quota of 1gb/day? But got no reasonable reply.

Rather he {Jesus from support team} replied with some illogical reply and he told me it MAY BE due to per min quota. And send link to this page https://cloud.google.com/appengine/quotas which actually show, per-minute quota is to restricting the sevice if per-minute quota is reached. From that link -

Requests for resources that reach their per-minute maximum are denied.

So no question of billing arise due to per-minute quota.

People from Firbase team, please reply to me why is this charges?
