I added my iOS app id to my app in Firebase. When I download the GoogleServices file the GOOGLE_APP_ID isn't included.

What can I do to resolve this? I can't add another app with the same package name. I can't delete the app.

The app crashes when using Firebase because there's no app id.

When I first created the app, I guess I didn't include the app id.

It's now not adding the app id to the GoogleServices file when I update the app id in the console.

GOOGLE_APP_ID should be generated automatically. All you need to do is providing the app bundle ID. Have you tried to download the info plist file again? You can also go to Settings-->Project settings from the left side bar and delete the project to add the app again.

Yes I have tried downloading the Google services plist file again after providing the app id. It's not there for this app. It's there for other apps.

I want to delete the app, not the project. In my project for this app I currently have a total of 4 apps: 2 iOS and 2 Android. I don't want to delete all of them because the other apps are working, it's just the one wihtout a GOOGLE_APP_ID.

I would enter this value into the GoogleServices file directly, but it seems like it's encoded or something - it's not just the app id from Apple.

The app ID is unique to your app. Without it, you will not be able to see any data regarding your app in Firebase Console. I have not found a way to remove an app either. Can you file the bug to Firebase team with your bundle ID? They will probably fix the bug or remove your app for you.
