Android: missing mobilesdk_app_id in google-services.json

I imported project to firebase console and downloaded google-services.json file. My project has 2 build variants with 2 different package names, but only one has mobilesdk_app_id. If mobilesdk_app_id is missing, the app crash with exception java.lang.IllegalStateException: FirebaseApp with name [DEFAULT] doesn't exist.

How do I manage to regenerate google-services.json with correct mobilesdk_app_id for both package names in Firebase console.
